Little School on the Prairie Family Camp invites families from all walks of life to join us for a week of reconnection to The Little House on the Prairie series and the ways of life loved by the Ingall’s family and many others of their time. Surrounded by the Southern Utah landscape, your family will experience, learn, and grow together while getting a glimpse back in time at life before modern inventions.
Little School on the Prairie Family Camp is a by invitation only event. In an effort to keep our families as safe as possible, registration is only available through invitation. If you would like to register, please reach out to us and let us know a bit about your family.
Cook, Eat & Enjoy
Eat, laugh, and come together the way families used to! We believe food has the power to bring people together. We provide Breakfast & Dinner for all participants using meals and recipes from “Ma’s Cookbook” and will give you a true glimpse into meal time on the prairie. Come for the fun and stay for the dumplings.
Music & Dancing
Dancing and Socials were such a highlight of frontier life that dance was taught in the home and at school! Each day at camp, a professional dance instructor will teach us a dance from the era and we’ll use our new skills at a nightly social to meet new friends and enjoy one of the Ingalls’ favorite pastimes together.

Bring your family to experience a few days of living and learning from Ma & Pa’s skills, trades, and lifestyle. This is educational, experiential learning where we take a moment to step back into time and learn things from an almost forgotten era.
Skills include a wide range of homestead and pioneer lifestyle, as well as trades unique to the time period.
